Living with epilepsy can feel isolating, overwhelming, and misunderstood. For many, it’s not just the seizures—it’s the fear, the uncertainty, the impact on relationships, and the emotional weight that comes with it.

These retreats were created so you don’t have to go through it alone.

Inspired by my personal journey living with epilepsy since birth, years of seizures, and ultimately life-changing brain surgery at UCSF, these retreats are designed to bring people together in a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment. Whether you are living with epilepsy or supporting a loved one, this is a place where you can be understood without having to explain everything.

This is not a medical treatment program.

This is a community-centered experience focused on connection, education, and emotional support.

What You’ll Experience

Each 3–5 day retreat is intentionally designed to help you reconnect—with yourself and with others who truly understand.
